Beginner

Station 1 – Green Guppies

  • Front float and recover

Intermediate

Station 3 -Blue Barracudas

  • Sitting on kickboard
  • Front kick – 15 feet
  • Back kick – 15 feet

Station 4 – Red Rays

  • Rollover/front to back and back to front
  • Finning and sculling

  • Crawl armstroke
  • Backward bobs
  • Somersaults forward and back
  • Slide-glide-kick 20 feet
  • Crawl stroke 20 feet – no breathing

Station 5 – Silver Starfish

Advanced

Station 6 – Gold Great White Shark

  • Swim backstroke 30 feet
  • Tread water – 1 minute

Station 7 – Black Bass
